With the boat upright, make sure the sheets are free so that the sails are loose and cannot suddenly catch the wind. The boat should now be stable enough for you to climb back aboard.
If a second crew is present, that person can steady the boat while the first climbs aboard. Try to keep the boat facing into the wind until everyone is aboard and the rigging is straightened out.
